This is our cap and gown wholesale line — the piece most programs order in volume, so it is where our factory runs deepest. Every set is built as one unit — gown, cap and the degree-appropriate hood or trim — so all the colors are matched across the three pieces before anything is cut, not assembled from separate stock.

Nothing here is pulled off a shelf. Send us the school colors and the degree split; we return lab dips within 48 hours and a pre-production sample for your written approval. Minimum order is 50 units per style and color, and production runs 30 to 45 days after sample sign-off. Shell, trim, sleeve and hood colors are Pantone-matched, crests can be embroidered or woven, and sizes run from XXS upward with a scaled children's line. Tiered volume rates start at 50 units, and samples are available before you commit.

What is the minimum order for a cap and gown set?

50 units per style and color. Mixed sizes inside one style count toward the same minimum, so a program can cover several size runs without raising the order quantity.

Can the cap, gown and hood be matched to our school colors?

Yes. Shell, trim, sleeve and hood colors are Pantone-matched from your reference, and lab dips come back within 48 hours for approval before fabric is cut.

Do you supply sets for US, UK and Australian ceremonies?
